Subconscious mind

Subconscious Mind

Many scientists have said that mind is a tool. We all know that we only use 10% of our mind at most and the one who've used their minds above 3% are only the few persons like Albert Einstein, Thomas Alva Edison, Buddha, Jesus, Emerson, Plato, Gallileo, etc. There is three level of consciousness i.e. conscious, subconscious and super-conscious. And 90% of the brain's capacity lies within subconscious and super-conscious mind. Even the computer that we use today is developed from the working principle of our mind. Like in computer when we systematically record data into it then we can retrieve it in whatever time we need. Similarly if we are able to record the memories in systematic ways then we can recall at whatever time we need. That's why the system like super learning was developed.
Our brain has two hemisphere i.e. Left hemisphere and Right hemisphere (aka left brain and right brain).
Have you ever wondered why we can remember a song exactly as its written when we sing but can't remember the definition of 'inertia'. Albert Einstein said "Imagination is more powerful than knowledge." The function of left brain is language, grammar, numerical calculations, logic, analytical, rational whereas the function of right brain is imagination, rhythm (like in music), creativity, intuition, feeling, etc. So, right brain's capacity is unlimited that's why we can easily remember a song than a definition of anything because song is sang in a rhythm but the same song if we are asked to sing from the middle we can't sing simply because its out of the rhythm.

So, what actually is subconscious/unconscious mind then?
Think of the subconscious mind as the storage room of everything that is currently not in your conscious mind; it stores about all belief system(cultural pattern), your behavior pattern in any situation, your previous life experiences, your memories, your skills, all the situations you've been through, and all images you've ever seen and it also controls the function of our physical body like heartbeat and breathing. We do not need to remember to breathe and to heart beat. One of the best examples for understanding subconscious mind is a person who has just started to learn driving. In my case I've just taught my cousin to drive, in the beginning she couldn't respond to what i'm saying while driving because in the beginning phase her conscious mind is driving the scooter and her conscious mind is busy doing the driving. Like in computer when we open 'Photoshop' and immediately try to open 'AutoCAD' then what happens? the computer responds slowly. But after few days when she learnt driving, she is the one who is talking a lot while driving. So, what i'm trying to say is that when the skill of driving is installed in our subconscious mind then our conscious mind can do other works (like talking, receiving a phone call, etc) and the driving is done by our subconscious mind and our conscious mind do not need to give attention for that work.
Subconscious mind can learn things by repetition not by logic. Our culture has programmed our subconscious mind so deeply that our success and behavior is controlled by it while we should be the one to control our subconscious mind. Our culture has installed so many belief systems in us like, "Money doesn't grows in trees", "I can't do that thing", "No it’s impossible", "Men always cheat", etc. These belief system effects our life. Even knowing these things we can't control these belief and these beliefs is deeply stored in our subconscious mind because they are repeated from our childhood. There is a saying if a false statement is repeated for many times then we go on believing that its true. So, we need to reprogram our subconscious mind to get rid of such belief and install new ones like "Money can easily be earned", "I can do it", "Everything is possible", "I'm happy and calm". Then we can see change in our life. But what are the methods for reprogramming our subconscious mind? I'll write about it in the next post.
